570 Coulee is an initiative of The Butterfly Path, Inc., a local nonprofit, on an 18-acre property built for connection, lifelong learning, volunteering, and healthy aging. Public notes on the place point to cards, mah-jongg, art, and community gatherings, with room for gardening and nature programs — and members help shape what comes next. Open houses were scheduled around Active Aging Week in October 2026.
